week 2 down!!!

Ok so week 2 is over!! I have lost 15 lbs wow!!! I feel great about that. I have no more urges to smoke at all go me !!! My BMI is still up a little. I still need to lose 20 lbs to be at my average weight for my height, but I know I can do it. I ordered some more Jillian Michaels workout videos but these are 40 mins instead of 30 so hopefully that will burn even more calories. Its hard sometimes when everyone else is eating this yummy food and I cant have it but after I passed it up I feel good that I did. My thighs and my belly are going to be the toughest to lose, my arms and legs have always been skinnier than the rest of my body. I have chicken legs for my body. My goal is so start exercising an hour a day, 7 days a week and hopefully by summer be able to walk around in cute little shorts and maybe look good in a swimsuit. Well off to another week

That's great girl! Glad you are doing so well. I know it is SOOOO hard to eat good when everyone else eats so bad. This weekend in between soccer games we had to go eat somewhere and didn't have time to go home.. well the kids wanted Burger King.. of course they get what they want so we went, and I just sat there and did not eat anything. I was so happy but it was so hard.. I don't even like burger king.. didn't have time to get me anything good so I had to wait until after the next soccer game. UGH, it's so tough.. So good for you!

And losing that much is amazing in such little time! I have been trying to go to the track and walk.. I love it.. it's a nice break.

Also congrats on no smoking. I have never smoked but I do see how hard it is to stop because Ryan has tried so many times.
