Oh the things we do to be skinny
Ok it is safe to say I am obsessed with this whole weight loss think. I have been doing 45 min cardio everyday. I just ordered the biggest loser yoga so that I can do that in the evenings. It is so hard to cook everyone else dinner and I cant eat it. But this week I can really tell a differnce in my body. I have more muscle tone and I feel stronger. I won't weigh in again until tomorrow, so we'll see!!
